Mission Statement

Connect, cooperate and collaborate with individuals and organizations for the utilization of rich and varied experiences of Internationally Trained Professional (ITP) Planners, Architects, Designers and Technologists for the purpose of empowering AAPPA members to gain a strong foothold in the Canadian professional work environment.

Objectives

• To facilitate employment or paid internship programs by bringing awareness among private & public employers, as well as among other stakeholders, about ITPs.
• To cooperate with regulators to facilitate the licensing process for ITPs, while maintaining as well as enhancing the Canadian professional standards.
• To provide information and mentoring programs for AAPPA members, in their respective fields, while allowing the opportunity of networking among ITPs.
